Analysts at PayPal are a part of a growing analytics organization that generates insights into what will make the biggest impact on products and our customers. Providing reports and analyses only scratches the surface of what our analysts do on a daily basis; you’ll be a part of a team that goes above and beyond and consults on product design and customer experience.
You’ll conduct extensive analyses of PayPal’s rich data and, in the process, develop a deep understanding of PayPal and Financial Technology. On this team, you’ll strengthen your analytic, leadership, and collaboration skills, and gain exposure to a wide variety of functional teams across PayPal. This is a unique role with many options for future growth at PayPal as you work alongside the brightest analytical minds in the industry.
- MBA or Masters Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years in SQL or SAS
- Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Specifically, experience and confidence in interacting with people at all levels of an organization such as PayPal, including pitching business ideas to both senior management and external partners.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
