Basic T2 Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related STEM disciplineT2 Requirements: 2 years professional experience with Bachelor of Science.Ability to read and create schematics Experience in electronic hardware designExperience with software control of test equipment. (Relevant Classwork will be considered in lieu of professional experience)Experience with lab test equipment (such as DMM and O-Scopes)Experience with HW/SW integration Effective verbal and written communicationAbility to acquire Secret Clearance requiredBasic T3 Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related STEM disciplineT3 Requirements: 5-7 years professional experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; 3-5 years with a Master’sAbility to read and create schematicsExperience with electronic hardware designExperience with software control of test equipment.Experience with lab test equipment (such as DMM and O-Scopes)Experience with HW/SW integration Effective verbal and written communicationAbility to acquire Secret Clearance required Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in electronic controls designMinimum of 2 years’ experience in software designExperience with schematic design tools (e.g., Mentor Graphics, Zuken…etc.)Experience with hands-on troubleshooting of electrical hardwareMultilayer PCB Layout experience a plusExperience with JTAG Boundary Scan Software packagesFirmware design experience a plusExperience with LabWindows CVI a big plusLeadership experienceActive Secret clearance
